Look for a system where you can receive more than just one chance to win per entry. With traditional lotteries, your risk is unlimited. Since there are no additional built in opportunities to win, you will be charged for each chance you want for power leveling. It is also stated later in the terms of power leveling service that Blizzard Entertainment is entitled to end your account with no notice, and for no reason known to you.

 

One chance is not good enough of power leveling. Look for a system where you, the player, have more control over your chances to win. During the registration process, you will be required to select a username and a password that are unique to the Account (collectively referred to hereunder as “Login Information"). You may not share the Account or the Login Information with anyone other than as expressly set forth herein.

 

Traditional lotteries give you one chance to win for each entry you purchase. Whether you are picking numbers or buying a scratch off ticket, if you buy one ticket, you get one chance to win. Period. So, with power leveling your character, if Blizzard was to find out, your account could be terminated completely, without warning and without any notice. Find a lottery system that keeps your investment to a minimal and let's you determine how many chances you have to win… without having to pay anything additional. Your bank account can dramatically get smaller depending on how many tickets you purchase, yet your odds will not increase in proportion.
