Group up with four others and start running the lowest level instances for your faction/area. The majority of your xp comes from the reward of handing in a quest, not from the mobs you killed for the quest, so try to go for quests that are yellow or maybe green, so you kill them quickly and race through the quest. You'll get more xp from handing in 2 green quests that took 10 minutes than one yellow quest that took 10 minutes. You can buy WoW power leveling with just a small amount of money.

 

Group up if quests are too hard, Join a guild and see if higher level members will run you through instances. and give you helps on your wow power leveling. But if you already know all the quests available to your character, because you already played several character of the same faction, grinding might be a quicker way to wow power leveling .
